Whats the cheapest way to get atleast windows xp for my new pc? Or windows 7, but im guessing xp will be cheaper. Can I get it for free anywhere?

Fry's Electronics occasional has Windows 7 Home Premium OEM on sale for $89. That can be a savings depending on the sales tax. Though I have seen NewEgg and ZipZoomFly offer it for $89 as well.
