So I don't get it whats up with mine?

I have the iOS 5 beta 7 and when I plug it in and click check for update, this pops up.

Anyone have any information/advice for me?

Do I really have to do that?
I thought that iTunes would let me dl it straight up and I wouldn't have to do an option+restore...

And if I really have to go find a direct dl link then let the adventure begin.
