If there was a more appropriate forum in the list, I would put it there.
There's no need to to insult me with "yawn etc".

Yes, that's very old news..

I always enjoyed 1) the sweat stains, 2) "give it up for me", 3) and how he appears to hurt himself (he doesn't appear all that athletic does he?).

Balmer.

yawn, old clip...

and, what does this have to do with "mac hardware" ?

[sorry about the bitchy reply, i'm a lil cranky]

Hey! Some of us hadn't seen it before. It was truly frightening by the way. I'm going to run for cover now! :)

Sounds familiar

Reminds me of that Howard Dean speech (which I thought was SO unfairly taken out of context).

Hey, if I was a billionaire I would love the company too. :D

Haven't seen this before.

This may be a dumb question, but who the hell is the guy?

Steve Ballmer, the CEO of Microsoft.

Whenever I see that clip, I always think, "Wow! What would be do if Longhorn actually met a deadline?"

If I were a billionaire and making the kind of money that Balmer makes, I'd be excited also. What's not to be excited, when you company dominates the computer world. Like many others in his station people tell him all day long what a great job he's doing.

Haha, he really does. Except he needs a cheesy outfit and mask. ;)

It's a bit sad, really. It seems that the excitement is mostly hype.

Also, I worry for his health. He was so totally out of breath after what? two laps around the stage and three shouts?

Balmer needs an elipse-trainer or something. He looks like a giant zip-lock bag full of mayonaise. (As another GZLBFOM, I should know!)

As much I hate to defend Steve Ballmer....

LOL he can't even count FIVE words!!

He actually does say, "I have four words for you". Which are, "I love this company".

LOL, at the end after he say's that it really sounds like he's faking the "YEAHHHHHH" and clapping :D

Yes, he needs a cheesy wrestling outfit and a mask (and maybe not!). But like WWE, he gets the crowd excited!

Announcer of WWE:
"And coming to the ring..the CEO of Microsoft...here's....aka El Stupido!!!"

Comes in Steve Ballmer, bouncing up and down, screeming, saying "I love this company!!!"

I just felt sorry for the guy... and a little bit like puking, too. Also, even a little kid could see how false his little burst of joy was... the worst part was to hear all the MS-fanboys actually clapping and "giving it up for him"
