Hi, there's an option in old microsoft outlook on pc to track emails sent to see whether or not the person has read the email.
What options are there for this on mac office 2011?

None. The only email client that I know of that supports what are reffered to as Read Recipts is Thunderbird.

The reason is simple....Getting an acknowledgment of the email is NOT proof that it has actually been read. I'm not certain, but I don't think Sparrow supports them either.

I use because it does have the feature, but only use it for a handful of addresses.
