Probably just resetting/wiling the system before GM launch.

Keeping local backups while using beta releases is a good idea no matter what. Still, good that you point it out.

Mine is gone as well. iTunes says the last iCloud backup was in July. The betas don't backup like the regular releases, glad you pointed this out.

Mine are gone, for both my iPad and iPhone. I have local backups anyway... but it would've been nice to get a heads up from Apple (like they did last year with the iCloud wipes leading up to each beta release). I also can't reenable iCloud backup on either device, but hopefully that's just a temporary issue until the GM is released...

Ha just checked via macbook last iCloud backup 02/08/1910!

It's probably to clean up phantom backup issue. Mine is still not fixed, however.

Thanks for the heads-up. Just checked mine and both my iPhone and iPad backups have gone. I've got back my phantom 30GB of missing space tho.

They're transitioning from the beta to production servers... it's that kind of time. And backups better work flawlessly or a LOT of people are going to be pissed come release day.

I checked my iphone 6+ and ipad air 2, both PB Beta's, and the backups are missing / July last date
I’ll make a local backup tonight before the GM launch.
PS always make a local back up

Mine isn't backing up either. Turning off iCloud backup and turning it on again didn't fix it for me.

Let's hope all beta users notice this issue and backup with iTunes before they upgrade!

My devices ran iCloud backups automatically last night for the first time since installing iOS 9 beta. All other iOS 9 backups have been manual so for me this is working again.
