checking Iphone 4S manufacture date?

How do I check to see when my new iPhone 4S was manufactured?? The old method DOES NOT work because the serial numbers' sequences are different...

I searched the forum and did not find a thread on this. If someone knows, sharing the info would be greatly appreciated.

Also, can someone breakdown what all the different characters mean in the new iPhone 4S serial numbers?😎

Just replaced my iPhone 4S for another 4S, used same usb port on computer to connect yet it wanted to install fresh drivers.. just curious as to why.

The best way to know when your iPhone was manufactured is enter serial number on this site - http://sndeep.info/en
