Checking text messages used

How can you do this? I've checked my ATT account and there is nothing there nor is there anything from within the phone to allow me to do this. I seem to be texting more and more and with the use of Loopt its going to increase. I need to know where I'm at.

and it should text you the text messages used.
I tried it with mine, but since I'm new to ATT it was telling me I had to wait for the next billing cycle.

so its not possible for us to view sms used til next bill cycle huh 😡

I feel like they do this so people that get the small text package their first month get owned when they text too much.
