Is there a way to connect a children's camera to a mac?

When I plug in the camera it does not register as a USB drive. They all seem to come with software that locks them to connecting only when the software is loaded. I don't want to load windows etc to support a toy.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Does it have a media card? SD or similar? If so, a card reader is what you need. If not, you are probably out of luck.

No, there is no removable media in the camera. It sounds like there isn't an easy way to make the camera mac friendly.
