Just a quick one.
I’ve searched MacRumours and there has been various suggestions in the past about how to track the journey between China and into Europe. Non of the methods I’ve read have worked.

I think my order has been delayed and Apple are giving mixed messages. When I asked Apple for the DHL air freight number, they said they couldn’t due to GDPR.

I have a DHL tracking ref which originates in Eindhoven. At the moment it’s still on ‘shipment info received’ so parcel not collected.

anyone have any update to date methods to try find the tracking info for the whole parcel journey via DHL?

Sorry, I can't offer any help but I'm curious why you order Apple product from China? It's quite expensive here (17% VAT)

He/she probably ordered it from the local European Apple online store, but since most of Apple's products are manufactured and shipped from China, he/she is probably curious on how to track its journey from there to the regional distribution warehouse in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

OP - sorry I don't have more info for you. All I can say from personal experience is that cargo movement out of China is extremely constrained right now, with pallets and pallets of cargo waiting to be moved out on limited air routes. I suspect your package is probably sitting on a pallet in Pudong awaiting a flight to Europe and hence the lack of movement.
