Chinese Trackpad problem.. with spaces.

Ok so i have like 5 spaces running. however when I activate the chinese trackpad it only comes on a specific space.. so if i want to type chinese in the spaces other than that space, i would have to drag the window/application to that space with the chinese trackpad in order to write the chinese...
anyway to fix this..?

Same issue here. I have try many things. Doesn't seem to work.
