So, typical high cocoa content chocolate is in "bar" shape?
I saw the cocoa powder, http://www.greenandblacks.com/us/productdetails.php?pageid=50&cid=20&pid=72. This one has a very low sugar content. So to make a hot cocoa, do I just pour in the hot water?
Thanks for leading me to the right direction. I am just a guy who does not how to cookYou really need this:

The Cocoa might be a little bitter at hot chocolate.
I'm not a chocoholic, maybe a Hershey's every month or so.
Best chocolate, Nestle's. I cannot name a more delicious chocolate bar. (THEY DON'T SELL IT DOWN HERE!)
Ha! I just had a Scharffen Berger "nibby" bar with a cup of coffee for breakfast this morning. 62% cacao with crunchy cacao nibs mixed in. Perfection. I also love their 82% cacao extra dark chocolate bars.
I've toured the Scharffen Berger factory (twice) and the Hershey's factory (not the theme park ride, but the actual factory)... so, yeah, I guess I'm a chocolate fan.
I saw Lindt at my local supermarkets (it was in 6 choco balls in one pack). When I checked the product content label, I have not seen cocoa content percentage info on that label though. I see the regular content info according to FDA rules. If I recall correctly, Lindt chocolate's calorie per unit was quite high (like 100 calories per chocolate).
When my associate from Belgium came here, he gave me the box of Godiva chocolate. I did not feel it had a high cocoa content.
It's all about the Toblerone

I hope I don't develop migraine headaches by start eating chocolate or drinking hot chocolate regularly. So far, I am not affected by that. I think migraine is the pre-existing sympton and chocolate only triggers it instead of causing it.
No, white chocolate is simply not chocolate for me. It's like a different species, and shouldn't be put in the same category.
And 60% is far too low. Too little cocoa, and too much fat and other stuff. I like the 70% stuff, although 85% is also very good (but not to everyone's tastebuds).
If you go that high (95%), does chocolate taste like cocoa powder?Gah 85% is nothing! My father once accidentaly bought 95%![]()

It seems if it goes too high (like 95% or 100%), it gets too strong (which does not taste as good). I guess it is like a 100 proof alcohol, unfiltered cigarette, and etc. While I like my 85% cocoa chocolate, I think 95% would taste really nasty.
By the way, have anyone gained weight because of chocolate eating habit?
