That is part of the joy of ordering from Apple refurb. Sometimes you get a nice upgrade as a surprise. Happened to me on a mac mini once.
My rule of thumb is - get the fastest and biggest you can afford. It may not seem like you need it now, but in a few years it will make a difference.
