Choppy Scrolling on new 2013 MBA

solve it for myself

execute couple of lines in terminal -

sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.windowserver Compositor -dict deferredUpdates 0
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions.mkext
sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Extensions/Caches/ && sudo rm -rf /System/Library/Caches/
sudo reboot -> Enter
