Chroma Key effect Gone in FCPX version 10.5.4

Hi! I need to make a quick video where there is a chroma key effect. I look in the effect library and it isn't there? Does anyone know what happened? Thanks.

Can't say what happened... just checked and the built-in effect is still there for me - Effects / Keying has two options Keyer and Luma Keyer... I use it regularly with green screen video.
