every time i full screen google chrome the appearance gets distorted. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm running it on my new MBP, MBA, and new MacPro without any problems. I use it extensively every day.

When I start Chrome and switch to fullscreen it goes fullscreen, but when I go into the top right corner it doesn't show the button for windowed mode. But I can switch to windowed mode in the menu.

When I then go into fullscreen again it bugs out, it does show the "window mode" button in the corner, but the window is not stretched to the full width and the bar on top looks odd.

Edit.: On a mid 2009 Macbook Pro

When I read this topic title I thought you meant you were trying to view a full-screen push-chair on Google Chrome! 😀

The title of the thread has the answer in itself. The latest version of Chrome is version 14, which supports Lion full-screen, but not 12.
