Chrome on laptop keeps asking for Confidential

When launch Chrome on latptop is says, Chrome want to use your confidential information stored in Chrome safe storage.

I choose deny.

THE PROBLEM, is t his box keeps up every-time I launch Chrome, any ideas? Thanks

I don't get this on desktop for some reason.

(btw if you said ok, how would one undo that?)
