ChronoSync is it fast?

i fond an old post with some complains about ChronoSync being slow
anybody uses on regular bases with 300Gb folder?
i need to keep my home folder in sync on my NAS

I use this as part of my backup strategy. I have files coping/moving from a nas box and windows box through my Mac Pro to external USB drives. It does take time, but no complaints really.

This is setup for over a 4 terebytes of data (movies and music).

i used synk for a long time but it doesn't seem under develop any more, i changed primary drive and i'm going to see if it still works

i thought ChronoSync worded like Synk but it does a full scan each time, the first one it take very long

the very good thing of synk is that it copies files as soon as the change, it monitors your system and just copies without feeling backup up time as a slowdown
