I have cincinnati bell and am looking to get the first gen iphone. I have heard i will need to get a new plan in order to use it. I really can only afford the $15/month plan which is unlimited text and data and i was wondering if that would work for the iphone or not becuase i have talked to people that have an iphone and wanted to use that plan but i never was able to figure out if it worked. Any help would be great appreciated!!

Hey thats a good question and i hope someone can answer it too.
i have cincinnati bell wireless and am using an iphone ,, calls and messaging work fine but i have no data plan at the moment,, and can't seem to find an answer as to what the difference between the $14.99 unlimited text and data plan versus the $29.99 smartphone plan?

I think you will most likely be able to use a 1st gen, as long as it is unlocked.
