Cineplex Scene Passbook - points not updating, anyone else?

Hi all,

I added my Cineplex Scene card to Passbook, but the points don't seem to update. I just redeemed points for a free movie. The Cineplex app shows my current points, but the Passbook card hasn't updated.

The other day I bought tickets to a movie too, which gained me some points. But it didn't update then either.

I had to delete it and re-add it.

Does it not update right away? Perhaps it updates at certain intervals or times? Anyone know?

Kinda wish the movie tickets were actually in Passbook instead of a voucher.

I have. Just wanted to see if anyone else experienced the same or had a solution.

Happens with me too. The way I found that works to easily update is click the "i" in the bottom right corner and drag the screen down to until it springs back up. The points update right away then.

Yeah. That's the way I'm updating it now. I emailed them but still nothing back. Hopefully they fix it.
