I updated my Circle 2 cameras to the new firmware to enable icloud cloud support for recordings, etc. I can access the cameras and recordings fine but my wife another "member" of my "home" can only see the live "streaming". I have all the settings turned on for her to see streaming and recorded feed. Anyone else have this issue?

I have a major issue I updated and can only see the camera no recording or timeline I updated to 200gb plan and click stream and record there seems to be a major bug I’m dealing with Apple support but they are not sure

Do all "members" of the "Home" need the 200gb or more plan even if we are all on a shared 2TB plan?

Based on your question, are the members of your Home not members of "Family Sharing"? Perhaps that's a requirement? IDK.

EDIT: Ok, if you go into the Home app settings and tap on the shared user, go to "Cameras". Is it set to "Stream Only" or "Stream & View Recordings"?

its a pretty serious issue don't you think not recording
I agree, it is a serious issue and I hope you find your solution quick, but that’s a risk you take with beta software. It’ll be worked out I’m sure. As excited as I was for HSV when it was announced, I’m gonna sit this one out till they at least release the final version and even then this doesn’t look too promising yet. I don’t want to risk beta testing my home security gear either.

is this an issue with Logitech firmware or iOS firmware, like as its in beta does that mean the camera would need updating and through the home app there no way to update HomeKit for it, im confused I ant get recording to work and others have so strange

Good question. The update came from Logitech but it looks like Apple is taking full control of the cameras after the update so who knows.
