Hello ,

I noticed while cleaning the back of my iPhone 13 pro max that I have a circle that has appeared where the contact between the phone, the shell and the wireless charging head is made and there is no way to remove this trace. you a solution? I attach a photo

Thank you ,

PS: If the material is still present, use a soft, lint-free cloth with warm soapy water, this does not work

No—that is an essential oil. What he is referring to is a solvent:

My guess is that the soft material of the MagSafe puck has rubbed off and is stuck in the textured glass. Try using a soft brush, like an old toothbrush, with a cleaning solution and see what happens. I imagine it can be agitated out.

thank you, I will try to find this product, because I am in Europe :)

last night I brought some solvent from work that we use to clean the printheads on industrial bags, it looks a little less visible, and as you say it looks like the trace of the two charging magnets
