The first one is $70 shipped from NewEgg, no mail-in rebate required. Second one is $50 shipped after rebate, from NewEgg also.
I did not know that, but it fails to satisfy my need to have it NOW. BTW, not to be picky but Newegg shows the first one for 86.44, plus 4.81 for shipping, when I access their site.
Yeah, my bad. I meant to post $10 HIGHER than the CC price, not lower. The point being I would pay $10 more to NOT have to mail in a rebate, even if it meant waiting 3-5 for it to be delivered... I can't stand mail-in rebates.

Having just photocopied the receipts, UPC, etc., I'm with you! But for my need to have it NOW (my new camera came with a 32 meg card - only 11 pictures at full quality!), I would opt for the NewEgg deal.
I checked my local Sam's Club and picked up a 1 GB SD card for under 70 bucks. Good deal if you ask me.
I recently bought a digital camera from NewEgg (Panasonic FX9 for $280) and I saw they had good prices on SD cards, picked up a nice high speed (66x) 1 GB SD card for under $60. But the best deal I've seen was when they bundled a 1 GB SD card with the Casio Z120 (7 MP compact, AA batteries, access to full manual controls) for under $250 ... I should have got it but it took me three days to find it in stock at a local photo retailer to make sure the Casio was an acceptable camera ... it was but when I got home the deal was gone =/ It was up for 2-3 days /rant Can't wait for my new Panny! /offtopic
