CISCO vpn access

hello...

I have a cisco ASDM for ASA and everything was fine on windows pc with cisco vpn client.
Recently we acquired macbook pro computers and we tested all option for a vpn connection without success .

Is there any magic i can try ?

The Cisco VPN Client is an end-of-life product, I recall having some issues with it in OS X Mavericks (possibly earlier), you'll want to look at licensing for the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client as that's the product that is still supported and regularly updated.
