iPhone 15/Plus citizens one from Apple

Hello looking to replace my wife and daughter’s phone with the iPhone 15 plus. If I use Citizens one from Apple can it do both phones together or will it be a separate bill for each phone. Meaning they check my credit twice instead of once
 
It will be separate bill and they only should be just 1 hard inquiries per month on your report. So even if you did another one for a different line you should only have 1 hit
