After updating to 13.2.1 I have been unable to log into my work remotely using Citrix. I have the latest version of Citrix and installed the the proper security certificate manually in keychain (in both the "login" and "system" sections) but I still get the error message "You have chosen not to trust "Entrust Certification Authority ..." every time I try and launch one of my work Apps in the Citrix window. Everything worked fine before upgrading to 13.2.1. My work IT won't do much for a Mac User. I am running Ventura on a Mac Mini M2Pro base model.

Any thoughts on this would be great. Having to work on my windows laptop will be ... unpleasant. :)

Thank you!

P.S., I am also familiar with the following site although it is a bit dated and didn't help (https://support.citrix.com/article/...ertificate-authority-on-workspace-app-for-mac)

If you're still having issues after today's update (Version: 23.01.1.60 / build 2301), I'd suggest downloading the full .dmg installer (Here's the Apple Silicon Version link) and choose the Uninstall option. Then reboot. Then go right back to the same .dmg and install it again. And then reboot. Again.

FWIW, I'm on an M1 MBP.

That didn't work the first time but I will try again tonight or tomorrow.

Just tried again. Uninstall ... reboot... install ... reboot ... no success. Same error message.

I was having problems, too, with the new update (both M1 and Intel versions on my Mac Studio and Ventura) - not showing the dropdown that allows me to select my enterprise division. It doesn't recognize my login credentials as such. I also tried entering the domain of my division as a prefix with the same results. I worked with our IT and the best they could do was tell me to use my browser to connect. I finally uninstalled the app and reinstalled the November version. It's back to "normal" now.
