Amazon is a PITA. Well, Ebay and Craigslist are both safe. Ebay is more of a hassle to set up, but with Craigslist, its only the surrounding area. And with Craigslist, you get paid in cash (make sure you're paid in cash!)

ebay sucks, after you're all done selling it you're paying a big chunk of your money to ebay for listing it, and then to paypal for their fees too. (which is owned by ebay.)
craigslist, even if you can sell it on craigslist for like 50 bucks less than ebay, it's way worth it.
ebay takes a listing fee, then a final value fee, then paypal fees.
and it's a big pain to set up an account anyway, linking to your bank account and all that junk.
