Good that gold is still here .... Lets keep it that way..

Reckon cards will get smaller than nano-Sim ?

anyone why why Apple calls it "Space grey" when clearly its/looks like solid black.

That's because the 5.5-inch won't be available as soon as the 4.7-inch.

I think we will have a semi-repeat of 2011...

People thought we'd be getting this "iPhone 5" in 2011:

There were renders, cases released, etc... but NO LEAKED PARTS.

What we got was the 4S.

Fast forward to 2014. We keep hearing all of these stories about a 4.7" AND a 5.5" model. There have been renderings, 3d printed mockups, and rumors...
BUT... the only PARTS leaked are for the 4.7" model.

I think 5.5" was only an idea... that WON'T hit production this year.

I'm not a fan of all of these leaks.. I miss when iPhone releases were more of a surprise

Uh... I dunno where you've been... but the last iPhone that was a surprise was the original iPhone... The second most surprising was 2011... only because until about a week before announcement, everyone expected the "tapered iPhone 5" and all we got was the 4S.

2008 (iPhone 3G) https://www.macrumors.com/2008/05/05/more-3g-iphone-photos-now-in-white/
2009 (iPhone 3GS) https://www.macrumors.com/2009/05/25/unreleased-iphone21-icon-reveals-no-major-physical-changes/
2010 (iPhone 4) https://www.macrumors.com/2010/04/19/apparent-next-generation-iphone-gets-a-thorough-hands-on/
2011(iPhone 4S) https://www.macrumors.com/2011/09/30/iphone-4s-n94-to-come-in-16gb-32gb-and-64gb-sizes/
2012 (iPhone 5) https://www.macrumors.com/2012/09/04/additional-confirmation-that-taller-iphone-5-leaks-accurate/
2013 (iPhone 5S) https://www.macrumors.com/2013/09/0...one-5s-packaging-with-redesigned-home-button/

So... yeah... when was it that iPhone announcement were complete surprises?

Grainy pictures, blurry. Picture quality is zero.
Must be legit. :p

Is it just me or does the gold look more gold and the space gray looks darker??

Maybe it's just me...

I'll take this leak with a grain of salt but the more and more I see, the more excited I am to get rid of my iPhone 4 :D

The problem with this is, the 5.5 is an idea that will upset a lot of folks if it turns out to merely be a rumor. The 4S was still a nice phone, but if the screen size wasnt going to change I don't think people really cared if it looked different from the leaks. There are a lot of people, myself included, that are going to look elsewhere if they don't get a 5"+ iPhone.

Surprisingly, absolutely no one is surprised that you're excited.

Pretty sure you would be excited by a leaked piece of gum chewed by a Foxconn worker from the iPhone assembly line.;)

I don't think I even want a larger screen iPhone so it is surprising. I mean, Apple may surprise us with usability and suddenly change my opinion about the perfect device size, but at best I'm on the fence right now until the announcements come.

Wait, so a possible leak has told us that the new iPhone will come in the three colours it already comes in? I don't believe it for a second.

Apple has changed it a few times:
- With iPhone 4/4s, the SIM tray is the same
- With iPhone 5, Sim tray was silver or gunmetal
- With iPhone 5s, silver, gold, and space gray.

So this is really news, the fact they are keeping it

Inevitable. But now I have to decide what colour I'm going to get. I have been really enjoying gold with my 5s and could see myself going for a gold iPhone 6. But then is it good to go for the same colour again? I can't really see myself going back to black since my iPhone 4.

I'll probably go gold.
