Clamshell ibook not loving safari 4 (it won't work)

i finally updated my trusty old clamshell to safari 4, and its not so trusty anymore. when i open it i just get a blank page, it tries to load yahoo but nothing happens. anyone know a fix for this? if not how do i downgrade back to safari 3?

im sure it would, but that ibook is running tiger. and i wouldnt use time machine on a 10 year old computer 😛
