iPod Classic 160 Skipping?

My classic 160 started to skip this past week. Maybe like a small skip every 10 minutes or so. It also kinda stutters the start of a song when I skip tracks sometimes now. It never did it before.

Only thing I did recently is add some more music and some standup DVDs to it. Should I try degragging it or something?
