Classic came with our Mac osx, just recently Classic doesn't launch. Any ideas how to reinstall or whatever or remove program completely if not needed.😕

You can reinstall the Classic environment from the second of the two system disks that can with your Mac. Not sure how to uninstall - you may also have the option to do that on the same CD - have a look... 🙂
