As I said before, it's an assistant. It does research (finds business leads, contact information), maintains a few different CRM databases and assists with Marketing ideas for my business.
I needed it to adopt a female role because in the near future it will handle some phone calls on my behalf, and do online presentations.

That is a good point. If AWS and Azure had larger issues half of the internet would be down so if it is shared infra, to your point it must be something *very* specific that *only* these companies use.
