Clean Install HS 10.13.1

Have done an Erase and Clean install HS 10.13.1 via Cmd + R. Installation went fine then found in Activity Monitor "bird" process using over 100% of CPU. Traced back to iclouddoc Dameon. Force shut down iMac Late 2012 via Power button. Rest SMC. Start up normal except, get system sound, apple logo, loading bar that progress to about 3/4 loaded, pause for maybe 1 sec, black screen, then normal loading progress to eventually Login screen.
Have checked system logs no crashes. Look in File System repair log and find the following

Does anybody have ideas as to what is needed to be done if anything.

Just give the computer some time to "settle" after you've done a clean installation. If you've enabled iCloud, there's going to be some CPU usage for a while after you get the computer set up while all of your data gets synchronized.

Thanks for the advise. I may have misled what the concern is. It is the winking out at cold boot. That is normal boot to 3/4 loading, black screen about 1 sec, resume normal boot and login screen

That's not unusual.
