Is it possible to do a clean install of 10.10.4 Public Beta? For the first PB of Yosemite, you could download the installer and create a bootable USB. Any way to do this with the current public beta?

10.10.4 final will almost certainly be released on Tuesday. As of right now, there's no way to do a clean install to 10.10.4, but that'll change when it is released.

So, are you saying that if I do the new "final" 10.10.4 upgrade that will overwrite my beta version? I have done all the things necessary to get out of the Public Beta program ... but was waiting on the new public release instead of deleting my beta version and then doing a clean install of the 10.10.3.

Yes, you'll be able to install the final version of 10.10.4 when it's released without having to reinstall 10.10.3. You won't even need to do a clean install to get the final released version.

Thanks. It's time to re-image my Macbook, and wanted to go straight to 10.10.4. I'll sit tight until tomorrow.
