Clean install of Lion problem

Here's what I did:

I installed new OWC SSD and tried installing Lion from a USB stick and an SD card.

I start the install and it tells me that there's over 5 hours left and it's just jumping around from 5 hours and 8 minutes to 5 hours and 57 min.

It's downloading additional components...

Any help? Has anyone seen this?

Give it 40min. If it still does not complete, post back.
