Hey guys, couldn't find any info on this anywhere in the forums, but apologies if it's already been discussed.

I've got a 2007 iMac on the way, and believe it has an Apple wireless keyboard. It's supplied with Tiger, and I plan to do a fresh, clean install of Snow Leopard. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to boot from the Snow Leopard disc (option key) with a wireless keyboard, and thus be able to install Snow Leopard, or will the keyboard not pair until OS X is installed?

Cheers in advance guys.

I think it works, if not how would people who buy new iMacs boot in Boot Camp?

Just try booting holding alt and you'll see if it works 😉

I'm pretty sure it works, or if it doesn't I think the disk has an installer you can run on Tiger, that will restart your computer boot up from the disk and continue the installation.
