Clean install Sierra with boot camp partition?

I'm still new to Mac so please forgive my ignorance. I currently have El Capitan installed on my 2015 MacBook pro with boot camp setup and Windows 10 on a separate partition. Is it possible to do a clean install of Sierra without disrupting the windows 10 partition?
