Hi Guys,

I'm going to upgrade to Lion tonight, and have just taken a backup of my last Snow Leopard activity into Time Machine.

I'm going to burn a copy of Lion onto a disc so I can eventually do a clean install of the system once I've got things running. I'll probably do it at the weekend. My question is, can I then take things like my iPhoto library and iTunes from the backup without taking data across I don't need, and also...will it ensure that I keep my playlists, play counts etc etc on iTunes and my albums on iPhoto. I'm not too bothered about iPhoto, but I'm a bit anal about my iTunes library and would hate to loose it all.

Thanks
