how to clean the screen and the rest of the notebook?

i know this is question asked before but if you can help me...?

I like iKlear and compressed air on my macbook.

I use iKlear on the screen and alcohol on the surface.

I use Monster screen cleaner on the LCD and then a wet cloth with maybe a little alcohol to clean the chassis.

compressed air, and damp cloth for the screen (i think) the manual that came with you mbp talks about it

For me iKlear is good, i've tried it once.
The other brand is Belkin LCD cleaning, this one is good also.
Pick one of them, comparing the prices..Belkin is cheaper than iKlear.
But both good.
