just bought a license for this software and it is now asking me to enter my admin password to clean (delete) the unnecessary files. Normally, this wouldn't bother me, apart from the dialogue window's spelling of certain words is... crap?

Check for yourselves. For now, I'm not entering my password, until somebody else has the guts to do it (or already has done it). I'd like to shed 1.6Gb of weight from my install, but I can't risk compromising my only Mac right now, even if I can reinstall from Time Machine, the worry of my personal data being uploaded somewhere via a backdoor of some sort gives me the chills

EDIT: I chose 'skip' from the menu written by a retarded four-year-old and it seems to have done the task no differently. The same amount of space has been cleared up and my apps are running fine thus far. Very strange... Any ideas? If this screws me over, oooh boy are Apple gonna hear about it...
