Clean rMBP Screen & Keyboard?

I'm trying to figure out a way to safely clean my rMBP's screen and keyboard. There's some dust and fur between the keys and on the screen due to my 3 dogs. What's a good way of doing so?
Also, does anyone know if the rMBP screen is 60hz or 120hz?

LCDs don't really have refresh rates.

Best product for cleaning the screen is iKlear,

Spray directly onto a microfibre cloth and wipe accordingly on screen and keyboard.

Try using a can of compressed air for dirt trapped in the keyboard.

Too expensive, I use a Glass cleaner on my LCD's, never had any problem.

The screen on the Retina MBP is not glass, so using an abrasive glass cleaner should potentially ruin it.

I use a microfiber cloth and Windex for the screen and rubbing alcohol for everything else.

Also, does anyone know if the rMBP screen is 60hz or 120hz?
