Clean up caches and cookies

Hi,can someone advise me is there any free and good application out there for cleaning up of caches and cookies.I had discover that although i had go through the process like going to the option in the safari and firefox to check the box to delete off the caches and clear history.But i do not know is this the good way to totally clean up and free more disk space on my mac book.
Hope to receive some advise as i'm new to mac. 😀

I use SafariCookieCutter to clean out unwanted cookies.

Yeah you gotta clean up those pr0n cookies every once in awhile... 😱 😀

I use Cocktail. I set it to run at 1am every Monday morning, and I set my computer to wake five minutes earlier than that.
