I mean ive blown on it for years now with 0 issues.

Try microfiber or soft toothbrush

Apple Store can do the clean for you if you don’t mind some waiting. Usually pretty fast.

Use a vacuum on it (use the duster attachment), not a high setting but a low to mid. I've done this to all my phones for years without any issues.
That's what I do......................a small shop vac held at a few inches away, while lightly brushing the speaker with a soft toothbrush.

Any tips on cleaning out the speaker grill? The opening is so tiny now. Tape?
Brand new phone is already dirty? Dropped in a bowl of porridge or something?

Use a vacuum to pull away as opposed to pushing in with pressure. Then use mild soap and water lightly washing. It’s waterproof so it’s okay to use water.

An unused toothbrush will do. Have cleaned anything from an iPhone 4 to 11 Pro with one and am very pleased with the results.
You can play loud and bassy music to push the loose dirt out instead of into the grill.

Bump - Just tried my vacuum and seemed to make a little difference but I see Apple will do it so next time I am near an Apple store I will call in...

Blu Tack is the way to go. It’s a putty type substance that sticks to everything and leaves zero residue behind. All my phones have no debris in any of the speakers because I clean them once every 1-2 months.

Used that stuff plenty back in the UK. Not sure what the USA equivalent is called or even sold here ?
I am from the UK so I am unaware of what the US equivalent is. I don’t know of anyone else who uses this substance other than me but it is hands down the best thing you can use. Even the tiny speaker ports in the original SE can be cleaned with ease.

It's some pink equivalent in the USA completely forgot its name. Probably contains high fructose corn syrup 🤣

I’m sure that’ll be fine to clean your phone despite it not being suitable for human consumption 😂.
