Cleaning laptop screen?

I have a ton of dust and smudges all over my MBP LCD screen.

It's matte and not glossy. What's the best to clean it?

i use monster iClean.. works perfect.


i'm sure there's some cheaper ways to clean though

anyone know the best way to clean the smudges on the lid of the macbook pro?

if its like the case you mean by lid some rubbing alcohol and a clothe works fine. it looks like it leaves like smudges and streaks at first, but they fade after a minute.

For the screen, I just usually take a slightly damp microfiber cloth. I also tried a Magic Eraser, and although it works, I'm lucky I didn't ruin the display. 😛
