Cleaning my print-heads?

I have a HP Deskjet 950C inkjet printer and I'm getting streaky printouts.



How do I clean it?

Did you scan this image? Your problem doesn't look like clogged ink nozzles. It looks like smudges from ink sticking to the areas surrounding the nozzles. Dip a tissue in alcohol and wipe the print head.

I work at a printing place we use half windex half alcohol to clean print heads. Hot boiling water also works in extreme cases.
