Hello Mac User. I have a question to ask. After i update my very from 10.10.3 to 10.10.5 completely, i scan and clean the mac by using CleanMyMac 3 and it can clean 1.2GB. does it affect to the update file or it was delete the file in old version?

The 10.10.5 updater is deleted after the update is applied.

That said, be very careful about using CMM. Many users have had trouble with it deleting necessary system files and messing up the OS install.

No... the 10.10.5 installer will delete itself. The problem people have had with these "cleaner" applications is they really are not needed and sometimes delete files that are needed by the OS to run. I would just delete the app entirely.

You don't really need any of these cleaner or maintenance apps at all.

Weaselboy is absolutely right (as usual).
There is no need for such apps in case of OS X.
Anyway, if you want some apps that do a similar job and are harmless for the OS:

    1. AppCleaner (for uninstalling apps, it takes care of some leftovers as well).
    2. Disk Doctor (cleans cashes, logs etc.).

P.S.: Please, consider Weaselboy's advice and uninstall CMM, though it won't be easy, I should say.
