in transparent dock i have a clear backgroung with a white outline on my powerbook but with my new imac i have to use the new cleardock instead since transparent dock isnt UB yet.

is there anyway to make the dock background clear with a white outline? it seems you either have to have a colored background in order to have a colored outline, if i uncheck the box to make the background clear it doesnt give me the option to get on outline.

anyone?

Re-tick the check box. Click on the background color. When the color wheel pops up, you should see a slider for opacity at the bottom. Slide that all the way to the left and hit apply in the pref pane window. Now you should be able to modify the border without having a background.
