Clear Dock?

Hello Sometimes my dock likes to just go transparent (look at the file) and go back again whenever i go fullscreen or something eles. I was wondering if i can get it to stay that way because i really like the way it looks. Thanks!

PS. im on mountain lion 10.8.2 if that helps at all
