iPhone Clear Individual Notifications?

There used to be a tweak for IOS6 that you could swipe individual notifications to dismiss them. Is there something for IOS7.1.1 ? I am using IntelliscreenX 7 and that has an "X" so you can clear the entire category (IE all facebook notifications), but I would like to be able to remove just individual ones..

Lockinfo7 can do this

I'm not sure if there's an individual tweak out there just for this functionality though

yes I know lockinfo can do this.. I like intelliscreenX 7 better, so I was hiping a tweak existed like it did on IOS6.
