After tagging the bpm of my songs with Traktor Pro, my iTunes Match library has gotten completely screwed up with duplicate songs, old hidden songs showing up again, old and duplicate playlists, and wrong tags. Every time I try to change tags, hide songs, and delete playlists, iTunes Match reverts all the changes.
I have disabled iTM on both my laptop and desktop and have tried everything I can. When I enable it again, it erases all of my progress. It's been an infinite loop of fixing the songs and iTunes Match stepping in and screwing everything up again. The only way to fix it seems to be clearing it out and uploading from scratch.
I have tried making a new iTunes library and letting it upload to iTunes Match without any songs, but it redownloads everything again even after waiting many hours. I also tried deleting less than 1000 songs because supposedly there is a security measure to not allow deletion of more than 1000 songs at a time. It still redownloaded those songs when I updated iTunes Match.
Has anybody figured out anyway to clear iTunes Match recently? I know that there isn't a formal way to do it, but has anybody found a workaround?
