Anyone have luck finding any clear soft cases for the Max? Looked at 7-8 on Amazon and every one of them had at least one review with pics that say it didn't fit properly. I hate cases and been rocking my 7 Plus naked with no issues the last 8 months but should probably get a case for the Max.

Can anyone recommend a brand of tempered glass screen protector. I'm going to rock my XS MAX naked and only apply a screen protector, but I've never purchased these and don't know what to look for - matte v. shiny. Which is best?

Get one with a frame for aligning it. You won't find one that goes edge to edge. They are all made to work with a case. It's probably best as an edge tp edge model would catch on your pocket without a case to protect it. Screen protectors do not work well without a case as they will peel up.

I’ve been using those for the past 4 years on numerous iPhones, but they’re like $3 so when they go yellow I get a new one.

Not true. In my experience a decent one can last several months or longer before there's notable discoloration. And even if they do start to yellow at that point, they're generally inexpensive enough that you can go through like 5 or 6 before you've paid what you would have for a single leather case from Apple!
